I can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless I am away from London, in which case I always arrange for a trusted colleague to cover my practice and patients.
If you feel you have an urgent problem after surgery, outside the hours of 0900 to 1700, your first point of contact is the hospital in which you had surgery – they will be able to reach me immediately. An alternative route is the practice mobile phone which is always switched on between 07:00 and 22:00.
