Between 0900 and1700, when she is not at her desk, my practice manager, Susi Mawson, carries my practice mobile phone (number: 07944 700 007). If she is with another patient or on the phone, this will switch through to voice mail, but please leave a message and we will endeavour to reply to all messages within the hour. If she is not carrying this phone, I am!

Urgent contact details:

I can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless Iam away from London, in which case I always arrange for a trusted colleague to cover my practice and patients.
If you feel you have an urgent problem after surgery, outside the hours of 09:00 to 17:00, your first point of contact is the hospital in which you had surgery – they will be able to reach me immediately.
